Bourbon-Cranberry Turkey Tenderloin

  1. bring first 4 ingriedients to a boil in a saucepan over meduim high heat.
  2. reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. remove from heat and let stand 30 minutes.
  4. rinse tenderloin and pat dry with paper towels.
  5. brush with 1/2 of cranberry mixture.
  6. let stand for 30 minutes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. grill over medium high heat 12 minutes on each side.
  8. basting occsonally with bourbon mixture.
  9. serve with reserved mixture.
