Bourbon-Cranberry Turkey Tenderloin
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 23 cup Bourbon
- 2 tablespoons grated orange rind
- 4 lbs turkey breast tenderloins
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- bring first 4 ingriedients to a boil in a saucepan over meduim high heat.
- reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- remove from heat and let stand 30 minutes.
- rinse tenderloin and pat dry with paper towels.
- brush with 1/2 of cranberry mixture.
- let stand for 30 minutes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- grill over medium high heat 12 minutes on each side.
- basting occsonally with bourbon mixture.
- serve with reserved mixture.
