Mexican Goulash

  1. Brown the ground meat in a skillet pan until almost cooked through.
  2. Drain.
  3. Place the baked beans in a large sauce pan, add the meat and remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Bring to a simmer, stir well, and turn down to low.
  6. Cover and cook for about 30 mintues until the flavors have a chance to blend together.
  7. Season to taste.
  8. Serve with crusty french bread.
  9. *Season to taste with additional hot sauce if desired.
  10. **Even better the next day.
