Cherokee Casserole

  1. Cook beef in oil until light colored.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add onion and cook until transparent.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese and olives.
  5. Mix well and spoon into a 3-quart baking dish.
  6. Top with cheese, cover and bake 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with olives.
  8. Yield:
  9. 4 to 6 servings.
