guacamole

  1. cut avacodo In half remove the seed (I've heard if you lay the seed on top of the guacamole when you go to refrigerate it or while it sits out it helps keep the guacamole from turning brown.)
  2. make slice marks up and down the avacado and across to make little square(makes it easier to mash) dig it out with a spoon and place it into a mixing bowl
  3. add lemon juice and mash
  4. add in the rest of youre ingredients and stir well
  5. dig in

hass avocado, garlic, onion, tomato, lemon juice, cilantro, salt, jalapeno pepper
