Mary Ann's Sour Cream Corn Bread Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1 c. no fat lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion
- 1 lg. can cream corn
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- While oven is heating, heat 9 or possibly 10 inch iron skillet or possibly heavy baking pan.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Remove pan from oven and spray with Pam.
- Pour mix into pan and bake for 30 min or possibly till golden.
- (Tastes like hush puppies).
