Pork and Asparagus Cheese Grill
- 100 grams Pork (pork belly or thinly sliced)
- 2 stems Asparagus
- 1 tbsp Yakiniku sauce
- 1 use as much (to taste) Easy melting cheese
- 1/2 tbsp Oil
- Cut the asparagus diagonally.
- Chop the pork into easy to eat sizes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork.
- When it has browned, add asparagus and fry some more.
- When the asparagus is thoroughly cooked, add the yakiniku sauce and blend the flavours.
- Transfer to serving dishes, top with cheese and microwave for 1 minute to finish.
