Cheese Pocket Apple Pie

  1. Grate cheese and spread over first pastry crust.
  2. Place second pie shell over cheese and seal edge.
  3. Peel, core, and slice apples.
  4. Place over second crust.
  5. Pour sugar mixed with flour and salt over apples.
  6. Dot with butter.
  7. Cover with third crust.
  8. Prick with fork several times.
  9. Bake at 425 for 45 to 50 minutes.
