Oreo Cheesecake Bites

  1. HEAT oven to 325F Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends extending over sides of pan.
  2. Finely crush 24 cookies.
  3. Melt 1/4 cup butter; mix with crumbs.
  4. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  5. BEAT cream cheese and sugar with mixer until blended.
  6. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well.
  7. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each just until blended.
  8. Chop remaining cookies.
  9. Gently stir into batter; pour over crust.
  10. BAKE 45 minute or until center is almost set.
  11. Cool.
  12. Meanwhile, microwave chocolate and remaining butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  13. ; stir until smooth.
  14. Cool slightly; spread over top of cheesecake.
  15. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  16. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.
