Garlic & Herb Fried Pork Chops

  1. heat grease in large skillet until hot.
  2. test with a pinch of flour, if it sizzles its hot enough.
  3. :)
  4. meanwhile: wash pork chops, do not pat dry, let drain slightly.
  5. on both sides of the Chop sprinkle all 3 seasonings .as much as u like.
  6. pour flour into a bowl.
  7. and place one chop at a time into flour.
  8. toss to coat both sides well.
  9. place chops into bacon grease and fry for about 10 min.
  10. per side on medium to medium-low heat
  11. chops are done when browned and no longer pink.
  12. do not over cook or they will be dry.
  13. cooking to fast at too high of a heat will cause burnt breading and underdone chops.
  14. to low of a heat you will end up with soggy breading and very greasy chops
  15. place on a paper towel lined plate or platter to drain.
  16. serve !
  17. serves 3- 6 depending on how hungry you are.
