Perfect Manhattan

• 2 3/4 ounces rye whiskey
• 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
• 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Lemon twist, for garnish

1. Special equipment: 1 coupe glass
2. Combine the rye, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth and bitters in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and stir until chilled.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with the lemon twist and serve immediately.
