Brownie Bites (Raw Foods)
- 12 cup raw almonds
- 12 cup raw walnuts
- 34 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 16 medjool dates
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 14 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- Run until all ingredients are thoroughly blended and consistency is still crumbly, about 30 - 45 seconds.
- Roll into little balls or press out into a 8x8 pan and cut into portions.
- Keeps well in the fridge.
