Stephanie Marquesano - Dina's Roasted Salami
- A 5 pound kosher salami, whole
- 1/2 cup of Saucy Susan
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Cover baking dish with foil and place salami in center
- Combine Saucy Susan and mustard to create a marinade.
- Coat salami with marinade and bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until salami is browned.
- Serve on a platter with sharp cheese knife, cut cubes as you go to keep from drying out with toothpicks or small forks.
