Guacamole Verde - Tomatillo Recipes

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree tomatillos and garlic.
  2. Add avocado, cilantro and oregano and puree until smooth.
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients and water to thin.
  4. The salsa should be pourable.
