Greek Style Tomato Salad

  1. About 2 1/2 hours before serving or early in day, place sliced tomatoes, Feta cheese, onion and olives in a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl with fork, mix olive oil, vinegar, parsley, sugar, basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over tomato mixture.
  4. With rubber spatula, gently lift tomato slices to coat with dressing.
  5. Cover baking dish and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
