Chocolate Mallow Malt Pie

  1. In top of double boiler combine marshmallows, chocolate pieces, milk and salt.
  2. Cook over hot water, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows and chocolate are melted.
  3. Remove from heat; cool until slightly thickened.
  4. In small mixer bowl combine whipping cream, malted milk powder and vanilla.
  5. Beat until very thick. Fold in chocolate-marshmallow mixture.
  6. Spoon into baked pastry shell.
  7. Sprinkle chopped pecans around edge of pie.
  8. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
