Grandma Sadie's Best Rhubarb Dessert Recipe

• 4 to 5 c. rhubarb and 1 c. sugar
• 1 sm. pkg. strawberry jello (not cooked)
• 1 box white Jiffy cake mix or possibly
• 1/2 reg. cake mix
• 1/2 c. boiling water
• 3/4 stick butter

1. Mix rhubarb and 1 c. sugar together.
2. Spread on bottom of 8 1/2 x 11 inch dessert dish.
3. Sprinkle jello over rhubarb.
4. Sprinkle cake mix over jello.
5. Heat butter with water and spoon over cake mix.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till golden.
