Beef With Green Peppers

  1. In a large heavy pot add in the beef, salt and pepper and saute over a high heat.
  2. After 5 minutes add the oil and stirring the beef and when the beef is golden brown add garlic, onion, water, chili paste, and ginger and oyster sauce and bring to a boil and after 5 minutes on high heat reduce to a simmer.
  3. When the meat is about tender add green pepper wedge and simmer for 60 minutes.
  4. Check the broth for seasoning.
