Garlic Potatoes Soup
- 20 garlic cloves (sliced)
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 4 medium potatoes
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 12 teaspoon thyme
- 14 cup barley
- 1 12 cups cottage cheese
- Peel garlic.
- Cut the onion in chunks.
- Peel potatoes and cut in chunks.
- Boil broth with tomato paste and herbs.
- Add garlic, onion and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low heat for appr 40 minutes.
- Puree the soup (in a blender or by hand).
- Add cottage cheese and serve.
