Cheese Cake
- 3 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. size, softened)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. (level) sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- cherry, blueberry or pineapple pie filling for toppings if you wish
- Butter a 10-inch spring-form pan.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Mix together and beat until smooth after each addition the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and almond extracts.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 40 minutes. Mix sour cream and 2 tablespoons sugar.
- After baking cheese cake for 40 minutes spoon sour cream on cake and bake 10 minutes additional.
- Cool in oven for 1 hour with door open.
- Refrigerate overnight.
