North Carolina BBQ Chicken

• 2 chicken leg quarters
• 1 md. onion, sliced
• 1/3 cup catsup
• 1-1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp. worcestshire sauce
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• 1/2 tsp. BBQ powder

1. Spray baking pan with garlic-flavored PAM.
2. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over chicken.
3. Bake 90 minutes in in a preheated 350F oven.
