Walnut Date Smoothie
- 1 cup walnut milk
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 a pinch of cinnamon to taste
- 1 vanilla extract to taste (I use at least 1/4 teaspoon)
- 1 cup ice
- In a blender container combine all ingredients except ice.
- Blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Add 1 cup ice.
- Blend until ice is crushed.
- Serve & enjoy!
