Three-Cheese Chicken Bake
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped pimiento
- 1/3 c. skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
- Cook lasagna noodles in boiling, salted water according to package directions.
- Drain well.
- Cook onion and green pepper in butter or margarine until tender.
- Stir in condensed soup, mushrooms, pimiento, skim milk and basil.
