Knockout Canapes of Caviar and Smoked Salmon

  1. Form rose shape with 6 slices of smoked salmon.
  2. Place dollop of creme fraiche on toast points.
  3. Top creme fraiche with salmon rose.
  4. Fill center of the rose with caviar.
  5. Garnish with chives.
