Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread Recipe

  1. Mix liquids; add in zucchini; then add in all dry ingredients.
  2. Pour into 4 small baby loaf pans or possibly two large loaf pans, greased.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hrs.
  4. Don't overbake.
  5. Bake baby loaf pans only about 50 min.
