Anytime Pecan Crunch

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Lightly grease 15x10x3/4-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine cereal, pecans, cranberries and cinnamon in large bowl; set aside.
  3. Place sugar, margarine and corn syrup in medium saucepan.
  4. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  5. Boil 2 min., without stirring.
  6. Add baking soda; mix well.
  7. Drizzle over cereal mixture; toss to coat.
  8. Spread into prepared pan.
  9. Bake 30 to 35 min.
  10. or until crisp and lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.
  11. Cool completely.
