I Hate Feta Bean Dip
- 13 cups Vegetable Oil
- 13 cups White Cooking Vinegar
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar
- 6 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans
- 1 can (about 11 Oz. Size) Fiesta Corn
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) White Sweet Corn
- 1 whole Tomato, Chopped
- 4 ounces, weight Feta Cheese
- Tortilla Chips, To Serve

- In a bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, and sugar.

- Mix in chopped green onions.
- 3.
- Let this mixture sit overnight or at least for several hours.

- Thoroughly drain and rinse the beans until the water runs clear.
- Rinse the corn as well.
- 4.
- Add the beans and corn to the oil and sugar mixture.
- 5.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 6.
- Before serving, drain the excess liquid off the bean and corn mixture.
- 7.
- Add tomatoes and mix well.
- Add the feta cheese and mix well.
- 8.
- Serve cold with tortilla chips.
