Coconut Pie Crust

  1. In medium bowl, mix together coconut and graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Gradually stir in melted butter, then egg white.
  3. Lightly butter a 9" pie dish.
  4. Evenly press crumb mixture onto bottom and sides of dish.
  5. Place crust in freezer for 10 minutes.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before filling.
