Easy Cherry Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Pour batter into ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely in pan.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
