Mac & Cheese Tuna Casserole
- 2 pkg. (7-1/4 oz. each) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 3 cans (5 oz. each) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
- 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, blend next 3 ingredients in blender until smooth; spoon 1/2 cup into 3-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix remaining tomato sauce with tuna, peas and red peppers.
- Add egg and 1/2 cup shredded cheese to Dinners; mix well.
- Spoon 1/3 of the Dinner mixture over tomato sauce in casserole; top with layers of half the tuna mixture and 1/2 cup of the remaining shredded cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover with remaining Dinner mixture.
- Bake 30 min.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese; bake 5 min.
- or until melted.
- Let stand 5 min.
- before serving.
