Pickled Picnic Eggs Recipe
- 1 to 1 1/2 doz. hard boiled Large eggs, shelled
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 teaspoon pickling spices
- Boil all ingredients but Large eggs together for 5 min.
- Cold and pour into a wide mouth glass jar.
- Put in as many Large eggs as mix will cover.
- Chill overnight.
- They will keep for weeks.
