Green Herbal Dressing Recipe

  1. Combine spinach leaves, parsley, vinegar, basil, salt, pepper, cumin and garlic in food processor; process till smooth.
  2. With machine running, slowly add in 1/2 c. of the oil; add in remaining oil all at once.
  3. Process till smooth.
  4. Store dressing in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
