Strawberry Angel Roll
- unsweetened cocoa
- 1 pkg. angel food cake mix
- water
- 1 pt. strawberry frozen yogurt, softened
- Heat oven to temperature as directed on cake package.
- Line 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with foil.
- Lightly sprinkle clean towel with cocoa.
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Spread batter in foil-lined pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown and top springs back when lightly touched in center.
- Immediately
- invert cake onto towel sprinkled with cocoa.
- Remove baking pan; carefully remove foil. Starting at shorter end, roll up cake in towel; cool completely on wire rack.
- Unroll cooled cake; remove towel.
- Spread cake with yogurt; roll up again, rolling loosely to incorporate yogurt. Cover; freeze until firm, 3 hours or overnight.
