Chicken Faijta Rice Bowl
- 1 pound Chicken Breasts, Skinless & Boneless
- 1 whole Large Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Cut Into Thin Strips
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Cut Into Thin Strips
- 1 package (6 Oz. Size) McCormick Fajita Skillet Sauce
- 4 cups Cooked Brown Rice
- 1 whole Tomato, Seeded, Diced (optional)
- Sour Cream, Optional, For Serving
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces and add them into a large skillet.
- Over medium heat, cook the chicken until no longer pink, about 6 minutes.
- Add peppers and onions and cook for 3 minutes more.
- Stir in the McCormick Fajita Skillet Sauce and cook for 3 minutes; just until the vegetables are tender and sauce is warmed.
- Evenly divide the rice between 4 bowls and evenly divide the chicken mixture.
- Top with tomatoes and sour cream if desired.
