Chicken Italiano

  1. Cook and stir bacon in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium heat until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from pan with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
  3. Add chicken to drippings in pan; cook 3 min.
  4. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  5. Transfer chicken to plate.
  6. Add vegetables to drippings in pan; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
  7. Stir in pasta sauce and dressing.
  8. Add chicken and any juices from plate; simmer on medium-low heat 35 min.
  9. or until chicken is done (170 degrees F), stirring occasionally.
  10. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  11. Drain pasta; place on plate.
  12. Top with chicken mixture; sprinkle with bacon, basil and cheese.
