Beef and Vegetable Kabob Dinner
- 1-1/2 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups partially cooked cubed potatoes (1 inch) Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 cups broccoli florets (1 inch)
- 2 cups seedless orange sections Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- 8 wooden skewers
- 1 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Thread steak, vegetables and fruit alternately on skewers; place in shallow dish.
- Pour steak sauce over kabobs; cover.
- Refrigerate 10 minutes to marinate.
- Drain; discard marinade.
- Grill 10 minutes or until steak is cooked through, turning occasionally.
- Serve over rice.
