Asian Salmon Supper

  1. Drizzle 2 Tbsp.
  2. dressing over fish in shallow glass dish.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. Heat broiler.
  5. Place fish on rack of broiler pan.
  6. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min.
  7. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  8. Meanwhile, heat remaining dressing in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
  9. Add broccoli and peppers; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally.
  10. Add broth; bring to boil.
  11. Stir in rice; return to boil.
  12. Cover; remove from heat.
  13. Let stand 5 min.
  14. or until all liquid is absorbed.
  15. Stir in onions.
  16. Serve fish with rice.
