Asian Salmon Supper
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing, divided
- 4 salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g), skin removed
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips, halved
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Drizzle 2 Tbsp.
- dressing over fish in shallow glass dish.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Heat broiler.
- Place fish on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Meanwhile, heat remaining dressing in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli and peppers; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally.
- Add broth; bring to boil.
- Stir in rice; return to boil.
- Cover; remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
- or until all liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in onions.
- Serve fish with rice.
