Batida Rosa
- Ice
- 2 ounces cachaca (potent Brazilian sugarcane spirit)
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce grenadine, preferably homemade
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 3 ounces chilled club soda
- 1 pineapple spear
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the cachaca, pineapple juice, lemon juice, grenadine and Simple Syrup.
- Shake well and strain into a large ice-filled red wine glass.
- Stir in the club soda and garnish with the pineapple spear.
