Batida Rosa

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the cachaca, pineapple juice, lemon juice, grenadine and Simple Syrup.
  3. Shake well and strain into a large ice-filled red wine glass.
  4. Stir in the club soda and garnish with the pineapple spear.
