Black Forest Fudge Bites
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped, divided
- Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
- Microwave first 4 ingredients in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Add dry pudding mix and extract; stir with whisk 2 min.
- Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until blended.
- Stir in half the cherries; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Top with remaining cherries; press into fudge to secure.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into squares.
