Shrimp Crostini

  1. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, 2 cloves garlic, green onion and pepper; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add remaining 3 cloves garlic and parsley.
  4. Add shrimp; cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until pink and firm.
  5. Do not overcook.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over French bread rounds.
  7. Top each with 1 shrimp.
  8. Garnish with tomato halves and parsley leaves.
