The Perfect Every Time Soft Boiled Egg
- 2 large cold eggs, you can cook up to
- 6 at a time with this method. No more than 6 no less than 2.
- In large pot bring exactly 1/2 " of water in pot to boiling stage.
- Add eggs, 2-6, straight from refrigerator and add to boiling water.
- Cover , time exactly 6 and a half minutes.
- Remove from heat and rinse eggs under cool running water for exactly 30 seconds.
- Place eggs in egg cup to serve.
- With the back of a butter knife tap the top quarter of egg to open.
- Remove top and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Serve with toast points to dip in creamy egg yolk.
- Enjoy!
