The Perfect Every Time Soft Boiled Egg

  1. In large pot bring exactly 1/2 " of water in pot to boiling stage.
  2. Add eggs, 2-6, straight from refrigerator and add to boiling water.
  3. Cover , time exactly 6 and a half minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and rinse eggs under cool running water for exactly 30 seconds.
  5. Place eggs in egg cup to serve.
  6. With the back of a butter knife tap the top quarter of egg to open.
  7. Remove top and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  8. Serve with toast points to dip in creamy egg yolk.
  9. Enjoy!
