Speedy Salmon Patties

  1. Drain salmon well, reserving 2 Tblsp.
  2. liquid.
  3. Place salmon in medium bowl; break apart with fork.
  4. Add reserved liquid, green onions, egg, dill, and garlic; mix well.
  5. Combine flour and baking powder in small bowl; add to salmon mixture.
  6. Stir until well blended.
  7. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
  8. Heat oil in large skillet to 350*.
  9. Add salmon patties; cook until golden brown on both sides.
  10. Remove from oil; drain on paper towels.
  11. Serve warm.
