Meat And Potato Pie With Hash Browns Recipe

  1. Mix together vegetable oil and potatoes in 9 inch pie plate.
  2. Press into pie crust shape.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min or possibly till crust begins to brown.
  4. Remove from oven.
  5. Layer cheese, meat and onion; set aside.
  6. Combine lowfat milk, Large eggs and seasoning in bowl; beat all till blended.
  7. Pour egg mix over layered ingredients.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley.
  9. Return to oven (same temperature); bake for 30 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  10. Allow to cold 5 min before cutting into wedges.
