Jessica's Best Fried Chicken

  1. Set up assembly line of bowls: (1) raw, sliced chicken; (2) milk and eggs, whisked; (3) flour and seasoned salt; (4) skillet with oil on medium/high heat.
  2. Make sure oil is HOT before starting.
  3. Dip chicken in milk/egg mixture.
  4. Coat with flour/salt mixture.
  5. Carefully place chicken in skillet.
  6. Let cook for about 5 minutes, do NOT turn chicken until necessary.
  7. The key is to ONLY turn the chicken over ONCE!
  8. Cook about 3-5 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through.
  9. Place on plate with paper towel to absorb oil.
