Make-It-Easy Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Shake flour in Reynolds oven cooking bag.
  3. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  4. Add water, basil, thyme and seasoned salt to bag.
  5. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Cut onion and potatoes into 8 wedges each.
  6. Slice carrots and cut red pepper into cubes.
  7. Add vegetables to bag.
  8. Turn bag to coat vegetables.
  9. Arrange in an even layer.
  10. Sprinkle chicken with seasonings; place in bag.
  11. Close bag with nylon tie.
  12. Make 6 half-inch slits in top.
  13. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until tender.
