BLT Garden Pita

  1. FOR EACH SERVING: Mix all ingredients except pita bread and dressing.
  2. Cut top 1/3 off each pita bread; discard or reserve for another use.
  3. Spread inside of each pita bread pocket with 1 Tbsp.
  4. dressing; fill with 1/2 cup vegetable mixture.
