Pepper Steak In Oyster Sauce

  1. Marinate meat for 15 minutes in mixture of cornstarch, sugar, salt, sherry and soy sauce.
  2. Heat wok or large skillet.
  3. Pour in 1 tablespoon oil and heat.
  4. Stir-fry onion and green pepper until crisp-tender.
  5. Remove to bowl.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons oil to wok and stir-fry beef until done.
  7. Add oyster sauce and vegetables and mix well.
  8. Add tomatoes and heat until warm.
  9. Serve over rice.
