Michigan Chili Rellenos Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 1 qt casserole dish with Pam.
  3. Combine yogurt, egg and flour mix till smooth.
  4. Combine cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack.
  5. Sprinkle 1/3 cheese mix into casserole dish.
  6. Top with green chilies.
  7. Sprinkle another 1/3 of the cheese mix, then layer yogurt mix.
  8. On top of this spread the tomato sauce and the remaining cheese mix.
  9. Bake about 40 min.
  10. Serves 2.
