My Hot Chilli Chicken

  1. Ingredients you need
  2. At least 45-50 minutes ahead, mix together Soya sauce, Chilli Powder, Salt, Cornflour, Ginger, Vinegar, Tomato puree and Sugar.
  3. Heat 1 tabls of the oil in a heavy based pan.
  4. Fry the Onions over a med heat for 5 minutes until soft and Translucent.
  5. Remove from heat and mix the fried onions with the Soya Sauce Paste.
  6. Add the Chicken and stir it all until its coated.
  7. Cover and leave in fridge to marinate.
  8. Leave for 30 minutes
  9. Heat the pan again with remaining oil.
  10. Add the green chillies and white pepper and fry over a low heat for a minute.
  11. Then add the Marinated Chicken pieces with the marinade, and fry for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked..
  12. Garnish with Spring onion and serve it hot.
