French Vanilla Cinnamon Toast
- 2 slice Bread (I used Quinoa Bread)
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Coconut Milk
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients with both eggs.
- Once scrambled dip both sides of each slice and cook 6-10 minutes, turning slices at the halfway mark of cook time.
- Once complete top your toast with your desired toppings.
- I used fresh strawberries and pure maple syrup.
