Turkey/Chicken Ring
- 2 (8 ounce) packages crescent rolls
- 2 cups chopped turkey or 2 cups chicken
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 14 cup canned chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 12 cup cut up red bell pepper
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 12 cup cranberries (if you like, best with Turkey version)
- 1 -2 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In large bowl mix together turkey/chicken, broccoli, chestnuts, red bell pepper, celery, and cranberries(optional).
- Add cheese and soup, mix well.
- Unroll crescent rolls, separate into triangles.
- Arrange triangles on cookie sheet of round pizza pan with the wide end of the triangles overlapping in the center.
- Place Turkey/chicken mixture on widest end of each triangle.
- Bring points of triangle up over filling and tuck at center of ring.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
